Restaurant review: Ruby's Diner-Cabazon

Today was an eventful day for us. We went to the Childrens Discovery Museum. It is an hour away from Redlands. There are lots of fun activities for the kids. After spending a few hours at the museum, we went to Desert Hills Premium Outlets in Cabazon. I love shopping at factory outlets. It is brand name clothing at a fraction of the price. I bought clothes from Izod, DKNY, Calvin Klein and Banana Republic today. I am not usally a brand name person but if they are the same price as no name clothing, why not?
After a few hours at the factory outlet, with two kids running around because they are restless, we finally headed to dinner at Ruby's Diner (see restaurant review).
